Vintage 2012 D.O Penedès, grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and manual selection of grapes. Fermentation of 26 dies at 15ºC. Second fermentation following the traditional "Champenoise" method at a temperature of 16ºC. Cold stabilized and clarified in the same bottle.
